NOTE: Canada Post Strike

Please note that Canada Post is on strike and is not accepting new mail until it is resolved. You can still order online and we will ship it as soon as the strike is over. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at swill.designs@outlook.com or message us on Facebook. 

1) How long does it take to create my earrings?

We will have your earrings created and ready to ship in 5-7 business days from the date of your order. This allows us time to make and/or customize your product just for you. 

2) Do you offer free shipping and pick ups?

A: Lettermail shipping is only $5 flat rate anywhere in Canada, and free over $50. Free local pick up in the Corner Brook, NL area is also available. 

3) I didn't receive a order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Why not?

A: Please check the spam folder in your email, and mark emails from us as "Not Spam" so you can get future emails from us!

4) How do you ship your earrings?

A: We use Canada Post to ship our earrings! There are several options to choose at checkout. LetterMail uses regular stamps, doesn't have a tracking number, and takes 3-12 business days for delivery (the further from Newfoundland you are, the longer it will take).

5) Do you offer returns?

A: We do not offer returns, but if you need any help with your order, we are more than happy to make it right.  Just contact us and we will be sure to do what we can.

6) How do I take care of my earrings?

A: Always remove earrings by pulling on the metal backing, never pull directly on the clay portion of your earring. Never wear your earring to bed or get them wet. If your earrings become soiled, use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip to clean them. 

7) Why is there no sales tax on your products?

A: We are small business that does not meet the annual sales threshold that would require us to charge sales tax at check out.
